Buyer Guide
1 Your Account
In order to access the details and prices of each product you’ll need to log-in to your account. You can find the log-in link at the top of any screen
If you haven’t already registered it only takes a few moments, please simply follow the steps provided when prompted.
2 Navigating the Site
There are a number of ways you can search for your perfect products – you can use the main menu to view the “New Arrivals”, our featured collections, or pick your product type from the dropdown
You can further refine your search by selecting from the filter the style, colour, price, size or brand of products you’re looking for
3 Product Page
Once you have selected a product you like you will be taken to the product page where you will can see more detailed information.
The seller logo and product information are provided at the head of the page, plus full information about the product including price, details and product description (please select each tab to view details).
You can also find out more about the seller and their policies at the foot of the page
Some sellers supply only packs, others sell in single pieces, while some offer both options, and product prices will be displayed accordingly. Where both options are available you can select which you prefer by choosing the tab as shown
3.1 Buying in Packs
If you select packs, the total quantity will be calculated for you. Just enter the number of packs you would like to buy and click add to cart when you are ready to order
3.2 Buying Single Pieces
If you prefer to buy single pieces, simply select the tab as shown and enter the quantity per colour/size that you would like to order
Once you have selected your pack/single pieces simply click “Add to Cart” (If you are ordering both packs and single pieces of the same product you will need to add them separately)
4 Your Basket
Your basket will be separated into the different sellers who supply the products you have selected (you can see the seller name at the top of each of your baskets):
Each seller has a minimum order quantity which you will need to reach in order to finalise your order. If you haven’t yet reached the minimum order you will be advised how much more you need to spend, and by clicking on the “Continue Shopping” link you will be able to browse more products from the same seller
Once you reach the minimum order threshold you will be able to check-out – just click “Buy from this Seller” to proceed to check-out (if you have more than one basket ready to complete you will need to complete the check-out process for each)
5 Check-out
You will be taken to your check-out page where you can check that your order details are correct, and confirm your delivery address. Based on your location, the shipping and taxes on your order will be calculated at the next step
Click “Continue to Shipping” where the total cost of your order including tax and shipping will be displayed
If you have a discount code you can apply it here. Once you have double-checked your order and are ready to proceed please click “Continue to Payment” and follow the instructions to make payment by credit or debit card.
You will be prompted to “Review Order” where you can check again that all details are correct before confirming. Please make sure that the delivery and billing details are correct as errors may lead to delays in processing your order.
6 Confirmation
You will receive order confirmation by email and we will notify you again once your order is on its way. When you receive your order, we recommend that you check it carefully to make sure it meets your expectations. If for whatever reason you have any concerns about your order or anything else, remember you can contact our centralised customer service team who will be more than happy to assist.
